About the Role

First Gulf Company is seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for the development, management, and optimization of corporate social media platforms. The specialist will ensure all content aligns with established brand standards and communication objectives, contributing to the company's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage corporate social media platforms, including X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat.
• Develop engaging, on-brand content in close collaboration with content and communications teams.
• Implement strategic initiatives to increase reach, engagement, and audience growth across all platforms.
• Monitor social media analytics, industry trends, and platform performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide guidance and training to junior social media specialists when required.
• Maintain professional conduct and foster effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the company's social media strategy.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital communications.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple corporate social media accounts.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their associated analytics tools.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Proven organizational, communication, teamwork, and multitasking capabilities.
• A professional portfolio or a verifiable track record of previous social media work.
• Familiarity with Health & Safety requirements.
