About the Role

Autobia is seeking a Social & Digital Media Specialist to join its team in Dhahran, Eastern region. This full-time role focuses on building brand recognition for Autobia and Qasima Plus, working closely with design, product, growth, and sales teams. The specialist will manage both brands' Arabic social channels and develop Autobia's LinkedIn presence to enhance market perception and support hiring efforts. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Role Context and Focus

This role is primarily B2B-focused, responsible for delivering the B2B launch in collaboration with the sales team. It also involves shaping and piloting the consumer strategy in preparation for 2027. The specialist will be responsible for defining the brand narrative and executing it across digital platforms. Arabic is the primary language for content, requiring original Modern Standard Arabic writing, not translation, adhering to established terminology and style guides. This position does not involve design or paid media responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage both brands' Arabic social channels end-to-end, including strategy, content pillars, calendar, publishing, and community management.
• Oversee Autobia's LinkedIn presence, focusing on market positioning, leadership perspective, and content that supports hiring.
• Plan and execute the B2B messaging launch in partnership with the sales team.
• Develop the consumer channel and content strategy for the 2027 launch, then plan and run pilot content.
• Monitor brand growth against competitors and conduct regular competitive analysis to refine positioning.
• Plan and run brand recognition campaigns and promotional WhatsApp campaigns with defined budgets and success metrics.
• Commission and direct footage and photography with the videographer and design team.
• Measure performance against reach, engagement, and budget, reporting results with clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborate with growth marketing on attribution and reporting, and with sales to align messaging with commercial priorities.
• Contribute to day-to-day execution as needed within a small, fast-moving team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in marketing, brand, or communications, with significant B2B exposure.
• Demonstrated ability to build a channel from inception to live operation.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills in original Modern Standard Arabic, along with working English proficiency.
• Experience with competitive analysis and translating market insights into brand positioning.
• A strong creative eye and sound judgment regarding effective brand and creative work.
• Hands-on experience with social and messaging campaigns, including awareness campaigns and WhatsApp.
• Proficiency in campaign budgeting and interpreting campaign data for decision-making.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, growth, and sales teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with employer branding or hiring content.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, with a willingness to engage in hands-on tasks and adapt to evolving team needs.

Work Environment

This role is based in Dhahran, Eastern region, and operates within a small, dynamic team where hands-on contribution is expected from all members. The position is full-time.
