sraco is seeking a Bar Waiter/ Mocktails Server (Butler) to join its team in Dhahran, Eastern Province. This is a full-time position, with a preference for Saudi Nationals. The role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in the hospitality sector.

Role Summary

The Bar Waiter/ Mocktails Server (Butler) functions as a food and beverage host, primarily responsible for ensuring an excellent guest and member experience. This involves managing table set-ups, seating guests, and contributing to departmental targets within the service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve a variety of beverages to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar station.
• Deliver high standards of customer service to all guests.
• Accurately take guest orders and process payments.
• Prepare mocktails, various drinks, and other beverages as required.
• Ensure strict adherence to all local hospitality, hygiene, and service standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a similar food and beverage or hospitality role.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
