The Opportunity

Plant.Digital is seeking a Director of Sales And Business Development to join our team in Dhahran, Eastern Province. This full-time role is central to driving sales growth, cultivating strong client relationships, and leading our sales initiatives to achieve strategic targets within the digital OT solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute comprehensive business development and sales plans to achieve business growth objectives.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate a hybrid business development team to meet and exceed sales growth targets.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, building and maintaining a strong and healthy pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Work closely with marketing, delivery, solution consulting, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client solutions.
• Handle contract negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a proven track record in sales and business development. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in driving sales growth and managing client relationships within a technology or system integration context.
