About the Role

Dhahran Techno Valley is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join its Information Technology team. This full-time position is based in Dhahran, Eastern Region. The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web-based applications and digital platforms to support organizational objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy responsive web applications, mobile applications, and internal platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented front-end and back-end code.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate third-party APIs, web services, and enterprise systems.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability across all environments.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain and enhance existing web applications in line with evolving business needs.
• Support DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management.
• Adhere to organizational IT security policies and relevant compliance standards.

Technical Skill Requirements

Candidates should possess proficiency in:

• Front-End Development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and experience with frameworks like *****, ***, or Angular. Familiarity with responsive design using Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS is expected.
• Back-End Development: Proficiency in at least one server-side language such as ****, Python, PHP, or Java. Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services, with an understanding of MVC architecture.
• Databases: Working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Firebase). Ability to write and optimize SQL queries is required.
• DevOps & Tools: Experience with version control using Git (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket). Basic understanding of CI/CD tools (*, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker. Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is considered a plus.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in web or application development.
• A portfolio or examples of previously developed applications/websites are strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadline pressure.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and secure coding practices.
• Professional certifications (*, AWS Developer, Google Associate Engineer) are an advantage.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal.
