About the Role

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Graphic Artist to join their Air Engineering team in Dhahran. This full-time position requires a candidate with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Core Responsibilities

The Graphic Artist will be responsible for executing assigned duties and tasks as delegated by the Supervisor. A primary focus will be on producing a wide range of technical and support literature (TSI). This includes, but is not limited to, designing layouts for advertisements, stationery, forms, brochures, magazines, posters, certificates, newsletters, web images, and logo/badge designs. The role involves conceptualizing ideas and selecting appropriate software and styles to meet project objectives.

Technical Design and Production

A key aspect of this role is understanding the preparation of documents for print, including large formats for processing on both digital and analogue printing machines. The Graphic Artist will also work with a variety of media, encompassing photography and video, to create compelling visual content.

Required Qualifications

• A diploma in graphic design or a City & Guilds certificate in Technical Graphics.
• Alternatively, a minimum of four years of experience directly related to the Graphic Design field.
• General Certificate of Secondary Education, with a focus on Art and Design, Graphic Design, and Information Technology.

Technical and Soft Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong emphasis on Graphics, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Thorough knowledge of appropriate file formats for artwork migration between software platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and perform under high-pressure conditions.
• Good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Capacity to be an effective team player.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship skills.

Work Context

This is a full-time position based in Dhahran. The role is integral to the Air Engineering team, contributing to the creation of essential technical and support literature.
