About the Role

Arabian Drilling Co. is seeking a Heavy Duty Driver to join its Rig Move department in Dhahran. This full-time position is integral to the company's drilling operations, focusing on the safe and efficient transportation of critical equipment and personnel.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of drilling rigs, associated equipment, and personnel. The Heavy Duty Driver will operate in strict adherence to company policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations, and contributing to the successful execution of rig move operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport drilling rigs, equipment, and personnel as required by the Rig Move department.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and ensure proper upkeep of heavy-duty vehicles and associated equipment.
• Strictly adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and relevant transportation regulations.
• Apply technical knowledge for the effective operation and basic troubleshooting of heavy-duty vehicles.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, following established company protocols.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports on transportation activities, vehicle condition, and any incidents.
• Contribute to the overall operational efficiency and timely execution of rig move operations.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 3 years of experience as a Heavy Duty Driver, preferably within the oil and gas or a related industrial sector. A proven track record of safe driving practices and adherence to transportation regulations is essential for this position.
