About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking an Innovation Consultant to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of professional experience who are eager to contribute to driving innovation initiatives across the organization. The consultant will play a key role in facilitating design thinking workshops, identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative digital solutions and proof-of-concepts (POCs).

Key Contributions

The Innovation Consultant will be instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization. This involves translating complex business challenges into actionable, innovative solutions and supporting the development of new digital capabilities. The role requires a proactive approach to research and problem-solving, ensuring that initiatives align with current market trends and strategic organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation and ideation workshops utilizing design thinking methodologies.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify innovation opportunities.
• Develop and validate digital proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and support creative problem-solving efforts.
• Research market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business challenges into innovative solutions.
• Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements
