Eram Talent is seeking an IT Support Assistant with a Graphic Design Background to join its team. This full-time position is based in Dhahran, Eastern region.

The Role

This role involves providing essential IT support services while also delivering high-quality graphic design solutions for both digital and print media. The successful candidate will report to the IT Supervisor/Operations Manager and contribute to maintaining IT systems, software, and documentation. Additionally, the role focuses on creating visually engaging content to enhance internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
Assist in maintaining computer programs, applications, system documentation, and operational procedures.
Design creative layouts using typography, color, imagery, and branding guidelines.
Produce high-quality visual assets for print and digital platforms, including brochures, presentations, banners, social media graphics, advertisements, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Support website and digital content updates when required.
Troubleshoot minor computer hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Maintain data backups and support portal administration activities.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
Assist senior IT personnel with software configuration, system maintenance, and technical support activities.
Handle service requests, trouble reports, and documentation with minimal supervision.
Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, security procedures, and branding standards.
Perform other related IT and creative support duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. Experience supporting engineering, technical, or corporate environments is preferred for this role.
