Aramco Digital (ADC) is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join its team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing and expanding customer relationships to drive revenue growth through tailored connectivity and digital solutions.

Role Overview

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals. The role emphasizes ensuring a positive customer experience and aligning sales activities with ADC’s commercial strategy. This position requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize revenue potential.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts and through targeted prospecting efforts.
Develop account plans and strategies that align with customer objectives and ADC’s service offerings.
Collaborate with presales engineers to present technically and commercially compelling solutions to clients.
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including qualification, proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, escalations, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with delivery, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding of new services.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in sales account management, preferably within the connectivity or digital solutions sector. A proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving revenue growth is essential for this role.
