AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Commercial Manager to join our team in Al Madinah, covering projects in Al Ula and Medina. This full-time position involves overseeing all contractual and commercial aspects of significant road and infrastructure projects.

Overview of the Position

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring strict compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and effectively handling claims and variations. This role is critical in supporting project teams to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage and administer contracts.
Review, negotiate, and finalize contract terms with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance.
Prepare and review claims, variations, and change orders.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Provide commercial advice and support to project teams.
Maintain accurate records of contracts, payments, and correspondence.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to resolve disputes.
Prepare reports on commercial performance and contractual issues for senior management.
Ensure timely invoicing, payment collection, and financial reporting.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in commercial management, specifically within road and infrastructure projects.
