Kerten Hospitality is seeking a Waiter/Waitress for Dar Tantora, The House Hotel, located in Al Ula. This full-time role involves providing thoughtful service to guests within a heritage setting, contributing to a sustainable and inclusive hospitality team.

Dar Tantora is an earth-built community situated in Al Ula’s Old Town, a significant heritage site in Saudi Arabia. This exclusive community features 30 rooms, two food and beverage outlets, a cigar lounge, a spa, and various retail stores. The establishment aims to be an earth-friendly, low-impact sustainable heritage eco-sanctuary, offering experiences and activities that highlight the destination's historical importance.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and escort customers to their tables.
• Present menus and provide detailed information regarding portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies upon request.
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses.
• Inform customers about daily specials.
• Offer menu recommendations when requested.
• Up-sell additional products as appropriate.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using POS software, order slips, or by memorization.
• Communicate order details effectively to the Kitchen Staff.
• Serve food and drink orders.
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation, reporting any issues.
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
• Deliver checks and collect bill payments.
• Transport dirty plates, glasses, and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, menu changes, and service specifications for reservations.
• Adhere to all relevant health department regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
