About the Role

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracts Management Engineer to join their team in Al Qassim, Al Qasim. This full-time role involves supporting the comprehensive lifecycle of contracts, from drafting and negotiation to implementation and compliance, within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, implementation, and compliance.
  • Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and project management, to ensure contract terms align with company policies and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth contract execution.
  • Monitor and track contract deliverables, milestones, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  • Identify and resolve any contract-related issues or disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular contract audits to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
  • Prepare and present reports on contract performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in contract management to continuously improve processes and systems.
  • Ensure continued compliance with relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures within Hill International.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in contracts management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex contract lifecycles.
  • Strong analytical skills for reviewing contract terms and identifying risks.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to monitor deliverables, milestones, and deadlines effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills for resolving contract-related issues and disputes.
  • Strong organizational skills for conducting audits and preparing performance reports.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Qassim, Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia. The role requires adherence to Hill International's quality, environmental, safety, and occupational health policies.
