  • مراعاة المتطلبات المحلية واحتياجات السوق والاتجاهات الجديدة والوصفات وتكاليف الطعام.
  • فحص محطات عمل المطبخ والإشراف على تقديم الطعام في جميع البوفيهات.
  • مراجعة جميع الطلبات للمواد الغذائية والمعدات.
  • ضمان التدريب والتوجيه السليمين للموظفين في المطبخ.

المؤهلات:

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Assist in directing and controlling the whole food production under the guidance of the Sous Chef.
  • Share ideas, opinions, and suggestions to improve the environment and menus.
  • Ensure consistency in the preparation of all food items according to property recipes and standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and seek guest feedback.
  • Assist in developing and implementing standards, recipes, portion sizes, and costing.
  • Support kitchen operation and handle daily market lists and inter-kitchen transfers as needed.
  • Check and taste all food items in accordance with Executive Chef’s specifications.

Qualifications:
  • 46 years of cooking experience, including at least 2 years in luxury hotels.
  • Food Safety Certificate or recognized international equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in a la carte and production cooking.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, innovative and detail-oriented.

Physical Aspects of the Position:
  • Constant standing and walking throughout shifts.
  • Frequent lifting and carrying of heavy items.
  • Regular kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
  • Frequent climbing of ladders, stairs, and ramps.
