The Role: Applications Senior Engineer

Elsewedy Electric is seeking a Full-time Applications Senior Engineer to join its team in Al Madinah, covering operations in Yanbu and Medina. The primary purpose of this role is to support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Oracle Manufacturing and SCM modules, ensuring efficient business operations and alignment with organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Manufacturing and SCM modules.
• Perform system configurations, setups, and master data maintenance.
• Participate in CRP, SIT, UAT, and end-user training activities.
• Troubleshoot system issues, manage incidents, and provide user assistance.
• Assist in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Support the testing of integrations, reports, and system enhancements.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support to track and resolve Service Requests (SRs).
• Prepare functional documentation and support continuous process improvements.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Applications Senior Engineer position should have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in supporting Oracle Manufacturing and SCM modules.
