F&B Service Expert (Dry)

About the Role

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is seeking an F&B Service Expert (Dry) to join our team in Medina, Almadinah Almunawwarah. This full-time role focuses on creating a memorable and unique dining experience for guests, extending beyond basic food service to encompass comprehensive guest interaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables according to established standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Interact with and serve guests, ensuring their dining experience is positive.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
• Process transactions as part of the overall guest experience.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards.
• Ensure professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.
• Contribute to a safe workplace environment.

Physical Requirements

The role requires physical activity, including:

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, including movement over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Reading and visually verifying information, such as menus.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or * equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this position.
• License or Certification: None specified.
