About the Role

SEVEN (Saudi Entertainment Ventures) is seeking a Finance Manager - Operations to join its team in Medina, Al Madinah Province. This full-time role serves as an embedded finance business partner for Operations, providing financial leadership and strategic insights to venue management teams across entertainment destinations.

Role Purpose and Strategic Impact

The primary purpose of this position is to drive profitability and cost optimization within SEVEN's entertainment venues. The Finance Manager will act as a trusted advisor, offering decision support and translating financial data into actionable insights to influence operational decisions at an early stage, rather than merely validating numbers post-factum.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the financial results for assigned destinations, owning venue P&L performance by analyzing revenue streams (tickets, F&B, retail, attractions), monitoring operating costs, and driving actions to achieve EBITDA and profitability targets.
• Provide financial business partnering by advising venue and operations managers, participating in operational planning discussions, and influencing decisions.
• Analyze operational metrics, tracking key performance indicators such as per capita spend, attendance versus forecast, revenue per visitor, labor cost ratios, and F&B margins, and recommending improvements.
• Support budgeting and forecasting through collaboration with venue managers to develop accurate financial plans, incorporating seasonality, event calendars, and operational capacity, and providing variance analysis with corrective recommendations.
• Drive cost optimization by identifying opportunities to reduce operating costs without compromising guest experience, analyzing labor scheduling efficiency, monitoring vendor costs, and implementing cost control initiatives in partnership with operations leadership.
• Ensure financial controls by overseeing cash handling procedures, monitoring inventory management and shrinkage, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and supporting internal and external audits of operational areas.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.

Team Leadership and Development

This role also involves developing and leading the operations finance team. Responsibilities include setting objectives for operations finance analysts, providing coaching and mentorship, and fostering a high-performing team that delivers value to the business.
