Role Overview

Trades App is looking for a qualified HR Specialist to manage core HR operations in Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves responsibilities such as recruitment, training, employee development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to candidate selection.
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing guidance and support where needed.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable labor regulations.
Maintain employee files and ensure personnel records are accurate and up to date.
Contribute to recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified talent.
Provide HR advice and guidance to management on employee-related matters.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in human resources. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HR operations and a strong understanding of HR best practices.
