About the Role

Sofitel is seeking a Kids Club Attendant to join its team in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supervising and engaging children in a safe and stimulating environment within the Kids Club at Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah. The role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and care for children in the Kids Club, ensuring a safe, clean, and engaging environment.
Plan and lead age-appropriate recreational, educational, and creative activities, including arts and crafts, games, and storytelling.
Ensure the highest standards of child safety, hygiene, and wellbeing at all times.
Build positive relationships with children and communicate professionally and warmly with parents.
Monitor and manage attendance, sign-in/sign-out procedures, and maintain accurate records.
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the Kids Club area, equipment, and toys.
Respond promptly and appropriately to any incidents, emergencies, or special needs.
Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as Food & Beverage and Housekeeping, to ensure a seamless guest experience for families.
Uphold the hotel's brand standards and luxury service culture in all interactions.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in a similar role.
Demonstrated ability to supervise and engage children effectively.
Strong understanding of child safety and hygiene protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with children and parents.
