TIBAH Airports Operation Co. is a leading aviation management company responsible for the operation of Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Medina, Saudi Arabia, serving the Al Madinah Province. We are seeking a Risk & Compliance Senior Specialist to join our full-time team in Medina.

Role Purpose and Impact

This role is central to driving the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks across the organization. The Senior Specialist will ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies within a complex and regulated aviation environment. A key objective is to safeguard the organization's reputation and operational continuity, while fostering a culture of compliance and risk awareness through collaboration with various departments.

Core Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise risk management and compliance frameworks across TIBAH Airports.
• Coordinate with departments in conducting risk assessments, identifying mitigation actions, and monitoring progress against agreed action plans.
• Maintain and regularly update TIBAH Airports’ risk registers, compliance trackers, corrective action logs, and related records.
• Monitor compliance with TIBAH Airports’ internal policies, applicable regulations, and relevant standards, and escalate observations where needed.
• Assist in preparing periodic reports, dashboards, and presentations for TIBAH Airports’ management and relevant committees.
• Support QMS and ISO activities, including document control, audit coordination, follow-up on findings, and closure of corrective actions.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across TIBAH Airports to promote awareness of risk, compliance, QMS, and ISO requirements.
• Participate in internal audits, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance governance and operational effectiveness.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the GRC Manager.

Required Experience

Candidates for this full-time role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field, preferably within a regulated industry. The ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and contribute to robust governance frameworks is essential.
