About the Role

Role Purpose

The specialist will be responsible for coordinating inventory, managing documentation, and supporting various administrative functions remotely. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory and operational records.
• Support warehouse documentation and administrative processes.
• Monitor shipment information and update tracking records.
• Assist with inventory reporting and data analysis.
• Review operational data for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate information between warehouse and administrative teams.
• Maintain digital records and documentation.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or related support role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate operational information.
