About the Role

TalentPR is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position based in Al Madinah (Medina), focused on delivering responsive assistance and fostering strong client relationships. The specialist will achieve this through effective communication and efficient problem resolution, ensuring clients receive professional and reliable support.

The primary objective of this role is to manage client interactions, provide accurate information, and document service requests. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns promptly, contributing directly to client satisfaction by delivering timely solutions and maintaining high service standards across all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to client enquiries across various channels, including phone, email, chat, and digital platforms.
Provide accurate guidance and support tailored to specific client needs.
Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a professional and composed approach.
Record all client interactions and ensure support systems are updated accurately.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams for specialized assistance when necessary.
Adhere strictly to established customer support procedures and service guidelines.
Maintain clear, consistent, and timely communication with clients.
Identify recurring issues and proactively recommend potential service improvements.
Manage multiple client requests concurrently while consistently meeting defined response targets.
Support customer retention efforts through the delivery of excellent service.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in a client support or customer service role. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate the following:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
An excellent customer service mindset, focused on client satisfaction.
Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally and empathetically.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Comfort and proficiency in using customer support software and various digital platforms.
