F&B Service Expert

About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a F&B Service Expert to join our team in Medina, Al Madinah. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable and unique dining experiences for guests, extending beyond basic food and beverage service. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience and a proactive approach to guest interaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiating and delivering a wide range of services to ensure guest satisfaction during meals.
• Setting tables and preparing dining areas for service.
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff to coordinate orders and service.
• Interacting with and serving guests, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas and supplies to uphold hygiene standards.
• Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Operational Standards and Professionalism

• Maintaining a safe workplace environment at all times.
• Adhering strictly to all company policies and procedures.
• Upholding established quality standards for service and presentation.
• Ensuring professional appearance, uniform, and communication in all interactions.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity and the ability to perform various tasks, including:

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Moving over sloping, uneven, or potentially slippery surfaces.
• Reading and visually verifying information, such as menus.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in a service-oriented role, preferably within food and beverage.
• Ability to perform all job duties effectively and consistently to meet guest and business needs.
