About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team in Medina. This full-time position is central to delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment from arrival to departure.

Core Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and manage the check-in process, including verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and providing welcome materials or bell service assistance.
Process guest departures efficiently by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, and accurately utilizing the point-of-sale system.
Provide comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, including room types, rates, and promotions, as well as local area information to assist with guest inquiries.
Promote hotel amenities and services through up-selling techniques to maximize room and service revenue.
Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and effectively manage messages and communications.

Guest Service and Engagement

The Receptionist plays a vital role in creating memorable experiences for every guest. This involves not only managing check-in and check-out procedures but also actively engaging with guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction. The ability to anticipate needs and provide timely, helpful assistance is key to this role.
