About the Role

Hafawah Hotels & Resort is seeking a B B Sales Executive to join their team in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for driving business-to-business sales, expanding the client base, and achieving sales targets within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire corporate clients, institutions, and government entities, and build long-term business relationships.
Identify new business opportunities, expand the client base, and increase sales revenue.
Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and agree on contract terms with clients.
Follow up with potential clients and convert sales opportunities into signed contracts and agreements.
Manage existing client accounts to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Conduct field visits and business meetings with targeted companies and prospective clients.
Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, sales opportunities, and target achievement.
Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall revenue growth.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably within the hotel or resort industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts effectively.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Medina, specifically in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves regular field visits and direct client engagement.
