Fresh Chicken House Est. is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to lead operations at our branch in Al Hafuf. This full-time role is central to our business, focusing on driving revenue growth and ensuring operational efficiency within a local brand.

The Sales Manager Role

The Sales Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the branch, with a primary focus on enhancing cost efficiency and accelerating revenue growth. This position offers a direct opportunity to make a visible impact on the brand's performance and expansion in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations, including staffing, food quality, and customer experience, to ensure high standards that support sales and customer retention.
• Implement strategies to reduce food cost (COGS) through improved supplier terms, portion control, and waste reduction, directly impacting profitability.
• Drive branch revenue growth through strategic local marketing initiatives, menu optimization, and targeted promotions.
• Actively manage delivery platform accounts (*, HungerStation, Keeta, Jahez), overseeing commissions, marketing spend, and return on investment (ROI).
• Maintain accurate weekly cash and inventory reconciliations.
• Prepare and deliver clean monthly performance reports to ownership, detailing revenue, COGS percentage, labor percentage, and cash position.
• Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, such as catering services and bulk orders.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a hands-on professional with 2-5 years of relevant experience in operations and growth management, preferably within the food service industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of financial metrics, and a proven ability to implement strategies that enhance both operational efficiency and revenue generation. Experience with local marketing and managing online delivery platforms is essential.

Compensation and Work Type

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of SAR 7,500 - SAR 11,250. The role includes performance-based upside directly tied to achieved results, recognizing the significant impact of this position on the company's success.
