About the Role

Saudi Company for Hardware - SACO is seeking a Store Manager for its operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing comprehensive leadership and strategic direction to the entire store team. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store performance, encompassing sales management, operational efficiency, and personnel functions, alongside maintaining high standards for store visual aesthetics and environment. The position focuses on implementing long-term strategies and company initiatives to ensure maximum productivity, profitability, operational excellence, and strict compliance with company procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the professional presence and confidence essential to uphold and advance company and brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the consistent implementation of all company policies and procedures across the store.
• Conduct daily store walks and verify the completion of tasks by customer service and technical staff.
• Examine merchandise to confirm correct pricing, display, and functionality as advertised.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, cash receipt reconciliation, and customer service.
• Perform subordinate work activities as needed, including cleaning, organizing displays, and selling merchandise.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
• Plan and prepare work schedules, and maintain accurate records of employee schedules and time attendance.
• Manage inventory levels, including reordering stock when it reaches specified thresholds.
• Review inventory and sales records to prepare comprehensive reports for management and budget departments.
• Collaborate with company officials to develop and implement strategies for increasing sales, expanding markets, and promoting business growth.
• Estimate consumer demand and determine appropriate types and quantities of goods to be sold.
• Efficiently and effectively handle and execute all marketing campaigns and events.
• Cultivate a customer-centric culture where customer satisfaction is prioritized in all activities.
• Maximize store volume and profits in alignment with company goals through effective staffing, superior customer service, and meticulous attention to detail in a dynamic retail environment.
• Ensure service, merchandising, and operational standards are consistently met through established company practices and processes.
• Lead talent selection, training, coaching, engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives for all store employees.
• Champion personal leadership development utilizing company tools and programs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, Average Transaction Value (ATV), and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maximize sales through effective product availability, merchandising strategies, and customer engagement.
• Maintain high standards of store appearance, cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Ensure strict compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and operational guidelines.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, productivity, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure accurate inventory levels and proper stock handling procedures.
• Monitor stock availability, replenishment processes, transfers, receiving, and stockroom organization.
• Ensure products are displayed in accordance with company merchandising guidelines.
• Review daily and weekly store performance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Commerce, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in retail management.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic retail setting focused on hardware products. The role operates within the Central Region.
