The Role of Massage Therapist

Rozan Spaa is seeking a full-time, on-site Massage Therapist to join its team in Al Hafuf. This role involves providing professional body massage and therapeutic treatments. The Massage Therapist will tailor services to meet individual client needs and preferences, contributing to a relaxing environment that promotes client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and reviewing their health information.
• Recommending appropriate massage techniques based on client needs.
• Performing services such as therapeutic massage and Shiatsu, adhering to established safety and hygiene standards.
• Supporting stress management through personalized treatment plans.
• Maintaining clean and organized treatment rooms.
• Documenting sessions as required.
• Delivering excellent customer service.
• Collaborating effectively with the spa team.
• Contributing to a relaxing environment that encourages client loyalty and satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in body massage and therapeutic massage techniques, with the ability to tailor treatments to client needs.
• Experience or training in Shiatsu or related modalities, including an understanding of pressure points and energy flow.
• Skills in stress management and relaxation techniques to support clients’ overall well-being.
• Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a professional, respectful manner.
• Relevant massage therapy certification or license, in accordance with local regulations.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards in a spa or clinical setting.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Al Hafuf, including evenings or weekends as needed.
• Physical stamina and proper body mechanics to perform massages safely over multiple sessions.
• Prior experience in a spa, wellness center, or similar environment is beneficial.
