Accor is seeking a Cluster Security Manager for its prestigious Raffles & Fairmont properties in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. These resorts are part of the groundbreaking Red Sea Project, offering visitors access to two nature-focused resorts with 361 rooms, 11 distinct dining concepts, and a spa. Role Overview

The Cluster Security Manager will oversee security operations for the Raffles & Fairmont properties. This full-time leadership role involves developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies across the cluster, ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and assets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong decision-making abilities, analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining high security standards in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee security policies, procedures, and protocols across all cluster properties, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international best practices.
• Lead, train, and supervise security personnel, conducting regular performance reviews and fostering a culture of accountability and professional excellence.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and threat analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend preventive measures.
• Manage security systems and technology infrastructure, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems, ensuring optimal functionality and integration.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with local authorities and implementing crisis management procedures.
• Monitor and analyze security incidents, preparing detailed reports and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with hotel management, operations, and guest services teams to balance security requirements with exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain detailed security records, documentation, and audit trails in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular security audits and inspections to verify adherence to established protocols and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and deliver security training programs for staff at all levels, emphasizing awareness and emergency response procedures.
• Manage security budgets and vendor relationships, optimizing resources while maintaining service quality.
• Stay current with emerging security threats, industry trends, and technological advancements in the hospitality sector.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in security management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Proven expertise in hospitality or luxury property security operations.
• Strong knowledge of security systems, including access control, CCTV surveillance, and alarm management.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex security situations and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in security management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and interact professionally with guests and stakeholders.
• Thorough understanding of emergency response procedures and crisis management protocols.
• Knowledge of local Saudi Arabian security regulations and international security standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call availability for emergencies.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
• Physical capability to perform security rounds and respond to incidents as needed.
