About SLS The Red Sea

SLS The Red Sea is a luxury lifestyle resort located on the Red Sea coast in Umluj, Tabuk. As part of Ennismore’s global portfolio, the resort features 150 meticulously designed keys, five Food & Beverage venues, and a spa sanctuary. It focuses on delivering hospitality through distinctive design and service within the Red Sea destination.

The Role of Concierge Agent

The Concierge Agent serves as a primary point of contact for guests, connecting them with the offerings of SLS The Red Sea, Shura Island, and the wider Red Sea destination. This full-time position involves providing personalized recommendations, coordinating reservations, and arranging transportation to ensure a seamless guest experience. Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide attentive service throughout their stay.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and arrangements.
Understand guest preferences to provide thoughtful and personalized recommendations.
Handle and coordinate reservations for dining, transportation, activities, entertainment, and spa services.
Assist guests in planning their stay, from initial request through completion.
Maintain current knowledge of Shura Island and the wider Red Sea destination, including venues, attractions, and services.
Build and maintain professional relationships with trusted partners and service providers.
Arrange and confirm various transportation needs, including airport transfers and private drivers.
Coordinate with Bell Desk and Valet teams for smooth guest arrivals and departures.
Assist with personal arrangements and special requests, ensuring discretion and accuracy.
Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
Conduct courtesy calls for VIPs and long-stay guests, recording preferences for personalized service.
Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, amenities, and experiences.
Manage guest mail, packages, deliveries, and printing requests with confidentiality.
Log, track, and follow up on guest requests and reservations to ensure timely completion.
Maintain accurate records of all concierge services provided.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for seamless service delivery.
Maintain an organized Concierge desk with updated guest information and resources.
Support the onboarding and training of new colleagues on Concierge standards when required.
Assist with hotel tours, site inspections, and Front Office activities as needed.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

0-1 years of experience in a hospitality or guest service role.
Demonstrated ability to provide personalized recommendations and coordinate arrangements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an engaging approach.
Ability to develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, dining, and services.
High level of accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail in handling guest requests.
Capability to work collaboratively with various hotel departments and external partners.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based at SLS The Red Sea in Umluj, Tabuk, situated on the Red Sea coast. The role involves working closely with various hotel teams and destination partners to deliver high standards of guest service within a luxury resort setting.
