About the Concierge Agent Role

Hilton is seeking a Concierge Agent to join its team in Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is dedicated to providing comprehensive guest services and support, ensuring a memorable and comfortable stay for every visitor.

Role Overview

The Concierge Agent serves as a key point of contact for guests, assisting with a variety of special requests and services. This role involves proactive engagement to address guest needs, provide essential information, and coordinate various arrangements to enhance the overall hospitality experience within the hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Provide information and handle arrangements for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions.
Coordinate special services, including medical care, childcare, and floral delivery, based on personalized guest needs.
Manage guest communications, which involves receiving and delivering messages, mail, packages, and faxes.
Facilitate seamless registration and provide elevated service for high-priority guests.
Promote hotel offerings by sharing marketing materials and encouraging the use of available services and programs.
