About the Role

Red Sea Global is seeking a Manager - Planning to oversee and coordinate all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and is focused on ensuring the timely and efficient completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic planning processes to ensure effective project management and timely delivery of objectives.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and allocate resources efficiently.
• Monitor project timelines and milestones, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular project status meetings to communicate progress, address issues, and adjust plans as necessary.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.
• Analyze project performance data to evaluate outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and optimize processes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the planning team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance planning methodologies and tools.
