About the Role

Raffles Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Senior Butler for its property at Raffles The Red Sea, located in the Tabuk region of Saudi Arabia, specifically serving the Umluj and Tabuk areas. This full-time position is integral to delivering refined elegance and personalized service within a luxury hospitality environment.

Role Context

Raffles The Red Sea is part of the Red Sea Project, offering guests access to nature-focused resorts. The property aims to blend Raffles' renowned service with the natural beauty and sustainability principles of Red Sea Global, catering to discerning international travelers. The Senior Butler will play a key role in curating guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee guest journeys from pre-arrival to departure, including personal greetings for VIPs and long-stay guests, in-suite check-ins, and suite orientations.
• Curate personalized guest experiences, such as arranging private tours, securing restaurant reservations, or coordinating special celebrations.
• Provide expert valet services, including packing and unpacking, garment pressing, laundry management, and professional shoe shining.
• Facilitate in-suite dining experiences, ensuring meticulous presentation and service of meals, afternoon tea, and canapés.
• Supervise daily butler operations, manage resources, and mentor junior staff to uphold the Raffles brand personality.
• Maintain and update comprehensive guest profiles, noting preferences and specific requirements to ensure continuity of service between shifts.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, specifically within 5-star or Forbes-rated environments, with a proven background in butler services or high-end guest relations.
• A Diploma or Degree from a recognized Tourism and Hotel Management institution is typically required.
• A strong understanding of international luxury traveler expectations and local etiquette relevant to the location.
• Exceptional proficiency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in additional languages is considered a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with property management systems such as Opera PMS and other task delegation platforms.
• Experience in pre-opening phases, including project coordination, scheduling, and document control, is essential.
