About the Role

Lantern Systems Co. Ltd is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves managing and controlling project documentation throughout its lifecycle, ensuring compliance with established procedures.

Role Overview

The Document Controller will be responsible for maintaining organized document registers, managing version control, and handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence. The role requires coordination with project teams to ensure timely document submissions and effective use of document management systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and control project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain document registers and ensure proper version control.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Upload, distribute, and archive project documents.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely document submission.
Manage documents through Aconex, D365 ERP, and other document management systems.
Prepare reports, logs, trackers, and dashboards.
Support project managers in administrative and reporting activities.
Ensure compliance with company and client document control procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

3-5 years of experience in a document control role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience in construction, MEP, telecom, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
