About the Role

Alhajry overseas is seeking an experienced and highly organized Facility Management Planner / Scheduler to join its operations team. This full-time role is based in Tabuk and is integral to a large-scale government schools facility management project. The position involves comprehensive planning, scheduling, coordination, and monitoring of all facility management activities related to school maintenance operations.

Role Context and Objectives

The Planner / Scheduler will ensure the smooth execution of maintenance activities, optimize resource utilization, and maintain compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This includes timely reporting to the client regarding all operational aspects. The role covers various maintenance types, including preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), janitorial and custodial services, deep cleaning activities, and general asset maintenance.

Key Duties

Develop daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance plans for all school facilities.
Prepare preventive maintenance schedules for MEP systems, civil assets, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, firefighting systems, and other facility assets.
Schedule corrective maintenance activities based on service requests, breakdowns, and client complaints.
Coordinate planned shutdowns and maintenance windows with school management and operations teams.
Monitor adherence to maintenance schedules and provide regular progress updates.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare deployment schedules for janitorial and housekeeping staff across all school locations.
Plan periodic deep cleaning activities for classrooms, washrooms, cafeterias, corridors, offices, and common areas.
Coordinate special cleaning requirements during school holidays, examinations, or events.
Ensure manpower allocation meets contract scope and hygiene standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 3-7 years of relevant experience in facility management planning and scheduling. A strong understanding of maintenance operations, resource optimization, and compliance standards is required for this role.
