About the Company and Role

International Water Distribution Co. (Tawzea) is seeking an experienced Operation and Process Manager to join their team in Tabuk. This full-time role is central to ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of the company's water treatment facilities.

Role Summary

The Operation and Process Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operation and process performance of the plant. This involves ensuring all activities adhere to contractual requirements, environmental regulations, approved procedures, and established performance targets, maintaining a safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of all treatment units, including inlet works, biological treatment, clarification, filtration, disinfection, sludge treatment, and TSE systems.
• Ensure continuous plant availability, stable process performance, and compliance with design and contractual requirements.
• Monitor key process parameters, TSE quality, and beneficial sludge quality.
• Analyze operational and laboratory data, identify process deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Optimize aeration, chemical dosing, sludge wasting, disinfection, energy consumption, and overall process efficiency.
• Coordinate with operation, laboratory, maintenance, HSE, and reporting teams to ensure smooth plant performance.
• Review daily operation logs, shift reports, laboratory results, and monthly performance reports.
• Support performance tests, reliability tests, capacity tests, and contractual compliance assessments.
• Supervise sludge and by-product management, including sludge production, dewatering, drying, storage, and disposal coordination.
• Ensure compliance with environmental standards, TSE quality limits, HSE requirements, and internal procedures.
• Lead and support process engineers and operators.
• Prepare technical reports, process trends, root cause analysis, non-compliance justifications, and improvement plans.
• Communicate professionally with the client and internal management when required.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in plant operations and process management, preferably within the water treatment sector. A strong understanding of treatment technologies, process optimization, and regulatory compliance is essential.

Work Environment and Collaboration

This full-time position is based in Tabuk and requires close collaboration with various internal teams, including operations, laboratory, maintenance, and HSE. The manager will also lead and support a team of process engineers and operators, fostering operational discipline and effective team performance.
