Position Summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join its team in Duba, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves performing specialized engineering assignments of moderate complexity, working independently on design elements, and providing technical guidance to junior team members. The position requires a professional with developmental experience capable of managing projects with minimal supervision while adhering to established quality and timeline standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Execute detailed and routine engineering assignments, including calculations, testing, and analysis using established procedures.
• Gather, correlate, and validate engineering data using well-defined methodologies.
• Independently complete primary design elements and engineering deliverables.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in engineering results and data.
• Propose solutions to new technical challenges by adapting standard procedures and leveraging previous project experience.
• Manage assigned work within agreed-upon budgets and schedules with minimal supervision.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to perform specialized engineering assignments independently.
• Experience providing technical guidance to junior team members.
• Proven capability in managing projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of quality and timeline standards in engineering projects.
