About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a dedicated Store Keeper to join our team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is essential for managing inventory and ensuring the smooth operation of our storage facilities.

Role Overview

The Store Keeper is responsible for maintaining organized and efficient storage operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, and facilitating the timely flow of materials. This role is crucial for supporting operational efficiency and product availability within our Tabuk facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, including incoming and outgoing materials and products.
• Regularly conduct stock checks to reconcile physical stock with records and address any discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate the procurement process to replenish materials and supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
• Organize materials in the storage area to maximize space and facilitate easy access.
• Implement proper storage methods to prevent damage and deterioration of materials.
• Inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet quality standards and report any deviations.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of materials received, issued, and returned.
• Ensure proper maintenance of storage equipment and tools to facilitate efficient operations.
• Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by direct supervisor/manager.
