Saudia Dairy & Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) is a prominent food and beverage manufacturer and distributor in the Middle East. We are currently seeking a dedicated Store Keeper to join our operations team in Hail. This full-time position is suited for professionals with 2-5 years of relevant experience who are prepared to uphold our standards of operational excellence.

Role Overview

The Store Keeper is responsible for coordinating the inventory control process within the assigned depot. This role acts as the primary warehouse focal point, ensuring that all sales orders and returns are managed efficiently and in strict adherence to established Operational Excellence Standards, Policies, and Procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the shift plan in accordance with the depot’s daily requirements and delegate duties to achieve operational objectives.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies as they arise during store operations.
• Ensure all incoming products ("Goods In") are received as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee the accurate and timely picking of all orders.
• Maintain and correctly record all electronic and paper documentation related to store activities.
• Ensure stock integrity, adequate record keeping, and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
• Guarantee proper storage of goods in predefined locations, with correct coding, labeling, and adherence to specified storage conditions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counting and reconciliation of stock.
• Process all required administration and documents related to issuing, receiving, and returns as per company policy and procedures.
• Monitor the issuing of all products according to release dates and the application of FIFO (First-In, First-Out).
• Coordinate the loading and unloading of Sales Vans in accordance with planning to ensure timely product availability for customers.
• Dispose of wasted products and record the waste in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain company standards in relation to Housekeeping, Hygiene, Health & Safety (H&S), Food Safety, Accuracy, Discipline, and Performance.
• Ensure all Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) regulations and procedures are applied for store keeping.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Operations Manager and Supervisor.

Work Environment

Candidates for this role must be willing to work in temperature-controlled environments, including freezers and chillers. The position also requires flexibility in working hours, particularly during holiday periods, to meet operational demands.
