About the Role

Saudia Dairy & Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) is seeking a Store Keeper - SC to join our team in Yanbu. This full-time role is central to coordinating inventory control processes within the assigned depot. The Store Keeper acts as the warehouse focal point, ensuring all sales orders and returns are managed in strict adherence to Operational Excellence Standards, Policies, and Procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the shift plan is applied in accordance with the depot’s daily requirements.
• Delegate and prioritize all duties to achieve operational objectives.
• Recognize and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
• Ensure all "Goods In" products are received as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure all orders are picked accurately and on time.
• Maintain and correctly record all electronic and paper records.
• Process all required administration and documents related to issuing, receiving, and returns as per company policy and procedures.
• Monitor the issuing of all products according to release dates and the application of FIFO (First-In, First-Out).
• Coordinate the loading and unloading of Sales Vans in accordance with planning to ensure timely product availability for customers.
• Dispose of wasted products and record waste in accordance with company procedures.
• Apply all SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality) regulations and procedures for store keeping.
• Maintain company standards in relation to H&S (Health & Safety), Food Safety, Accuracy, Discipline, and Performance.

Inventory and Storage Management

• Always ensure stock integrity, adequate record keeping, and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
• Ensure proper storage of goods in predefined locations, with the right coding, labeling, and storage conditions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counting and reconciliation of stock.
• Maintain company standards in relation to Housekeeping and Hygiene within the store environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar job role, preferably within FMCG companies.

• Candidates should be prepared for flexible working hours, especially during holiday periods.
• Must be able to drive a forklift (Material Handling Equipment).
