Role Overview

AECOM is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its team in Duba, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing a portfolio of clients and multiple projects, ensuring flawless execution to drive repeat business and achieve planned profit margins. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing complex projects and providing leadership to other Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients with multiple projects.
• Deliver assigned revenues from specific clients through successful project execution.
• Consistently achieve planned profit margins and complete projects without write-downs or multiplier erosion.
• Manage projects involving Risk Triggering Factors (RTF) and oversee more complex clients and projects.
• Exercise decision-making authority and direct other Project Managers in identifying and mitigating risks and uncertainties.
• Direct staff to minimize exposure to claims.
• Supervise and direct Project Managers handling multiple projects or programs.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and financial forecasting to ensure optimal utilization and cost control.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics, providing regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements across all assigned projects.
• Mentor and develop junior Project Managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and client portfolios.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and mitigation strategies.
