The Role: QA/QC Lead/Specialist

AECOM is seeking a QA/QC Lead/Specialist to join its team in Duba and Tabuk. This full-time position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive QA/QC procedures, conducting technical validation, and ensuring compliance with quality standards across engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance and quality control procedures using established testing methodologies and industry standards.
• Conduct technical validation and verification activities, including test planning, test case development, and defect identification using both manual and automated testing approaches.
• Gather, analyze, and correlate quality engineering data and test results using well-defined procedures and technical documentation.
• Identify and document discrepancies, defects, and non-conformances, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for resolution.
• Propose innovative approaches to solve quality challenges by adapting standard testing procedures and methodologies developed from previous projects and industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to entry-level QA engineers and quality assurance team members.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies throughout the quality assurance lifecycle.
• Perform quality assurance work independently and in accordance with agreed-upon budgets and schedules with minimal supervision.
• Independently execute all tasks necessary to complete quality assurance elements for engineering projects and technical deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and development teams to ensure quality objectives are met and maintained throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a professional QA/QC or quality engineering position.
• Demonstrated developmental experience in quality assurance and quality control.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks within established budgets and schedules.
