Quality Assurance Quality Control Inspector

About the Role

Lantern Systems Co. Ltd is seeking a Quality Assurance Quality Control Inspector to join their team in Tabuk. This full-time role involves coordinating and monitoring inspection and testing activities, ensuring adherence to project requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the QA/QC Manager or QC Supervisor on site.
• Coordinate and monitor all inspection and testing activities.
• Identify and report non-conformance to project requirements.
• Organize and conduct surveillance and inspection duties for defined work, ensuring efficient recording and reporting of results.
• Carry out inspections across various disciplines, including Instrumentation, Electrical, Civil, and Welding, and release hold points by signing Quality Records to confirm compliance with specifications.
• Maintain effective relationships with all relevant parties on site to facilitate smooth workflow.
• Raise non-conformities and hold work until issues are resolved with appropriate approvals.
• Ensure the quality of work execution aligns with Project standards and approved documents.
• Verify that the Contractor’s Construction Team uses current revisions of drawings and other documents.
• Inform the Company’s Inspection Engineer in advance regarding inspection activities as per project requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Five (5) to ten (10) years of direct experience in Quality Control activities.
• A minimum of three (3) years of this experience must be related to the inspection of construction activities within the Contract Scope of Work.
• Certificate or Diploma in an appropriate engineering discipline.
• Thorough working knowledge of applicable industry and international standards.

Required Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position in Tabuk, requiring direct reporting to the QA/QC Manager or QC Supervisor.
