Quality Control Inspector

About the Role

Danaher, through its operating company Masimo, is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time, on-site position is responsible for ensuring product quality at various stages of the manufacturing process, from incoming materials to in-process and outgoing products. The role involves verifying that all materials and products meet or exceed the standards outlined in company documentation and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections of products according to acceptance procedure (AP) documents.
• Generate and complete Quality Reports in compliance with released acceptance procedures, drawings, bill of materials, assembly master records, and device master records.
• Conduct functional testing as per acceptance procedures (AP) and drawing (DR) requirements.
• Release and approve product labels.
• Review work and job orders for adherence to internal documentation, including assembly master records (AMR), device master records (DMR), drawings (DR), and bill of materials (MB).
• Identify, segregate, and generate Non-Conforming Report (NCR) for nonconforming products and materials.
• Stay updated with document revision changes that impact inspection processes.
• Move materials to designated locations to support inspections, Material Review Board (MRB), Return Material Authorization (RMA), and inventory processes. This includes physical movement of material in the warehouse and/or QC Areas, use of pallet jacks, packing and unpacking, palletizing, lifting, and verification of material quantities and documents.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to understand and apply acceptance procedures, drawings, and other technical documentation.
• Proficiency in generating and completing quality reports.
• Capability to perform physical material handling tasks, including lifting and operating pallet jacks.

Work Environment

This position is located in Riyadh and reports to the Senior Manager, Quality, as part of the Quality Control team. It is an on-site role, with potential eligibility for a remote work arrangement where work can be performed from home.
