QC INSPECTOR

About the Role

Napco National is seeking a QC Inspector to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on ensuring quality control standards are met throughout production processes.

Key Responsibilities: QC Inspection

• Perform online inspections of products.
• Collect retain samples for quality assurance.
• Conduct all required tests for specific job orders.
• Execute the QC portion of job order start-ups.
• Collect good samples for each new printed order for Standard Color Cards.
• Manage the documentation, storage, and retrieval of section retain samples.
• Handover shift information to the next shift through the logbook.

TQ-QA Administration Duties

• Move nonconformity material to the designated hold area.
• Ensure the section's hold area is consistently maintained in good condition.

Safety Responsibilities

• Become familiar with health and safety procedures and instructions relevant to the function of work.
• Adhere to NAPCO-IFP safety standards and comply with Saudi Labour rules and legislation.
• Contribute to various Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) activities and attend safety meetings as required.
• Attend all training provided by the company.
• Report any incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions, or acts to the direct supervisor, or to the camp boss if related to accommodation.
• Immediately correct unsafe conditions when it is safe and possible to do so.
• Ensure all safety precautions are in place before commencing any work.
• Refuse to perform work when unsafe conditions are present.
• Report all incidents and near misses to the supervisor.
• Utilize provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Inspect tools, equipment, and vehicles prior to use.
• Be familiar with the emergency response plan and the locations of first aid and fire fighting equipment.

Authorities

• Approve the start-up sheet for job orders.
• Issue internal rejections for any nonconformity material.
• Issue external rejections for any nonconformity raw material.
