About the Role

SEVEN (Saudi Entertainment Ventures) is seeking an Attraction Supervisor for a full-time position in Jazan, Jazan Province. This role involves managing staff and overseeing attraction operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning while upholding high standards of guest service. The Attraction Supervisor is key to fostering a positive guest experience by leading the team, resolving operational issues, and ensuring adherence to SEVEN’s standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the team during assigned shifts, ensuring effective performance and adherence to SEVEN’s standards.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on operational needs for optimal coverage and service delivery.
Provide on-the-spot training, guidance, and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills.
Monitor and oversee all operational activities, including guest services, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.
Ensure the attraction is clean, well-maintained, and fully operational throughout the shift.
Address operational issues or guest concerns promptly, escalating to the Attractions Manager when necessary.
Ensure all guests receive high-quality service, focusing on creating a positive and memorable experience.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, taking appropriate actions to resolve issues.
Promote a culture of guest service excellence among staff, leading by example.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to SEVEN’s safety standards and procedures by all staff and guests.
Conduct regular checks of equipment and facilities to identify potential safety hazards or maintenance needs.
Ensure all shift activities comply with local regulations and SEVEN’s internal policies.
Maintain accurate records of shift activities, including staff attendance, guest interactions, and incidents.
Prepare shift reports for the Attractions Manager, highlighting key operational outcomes, challenges, and recommendations.
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
Adhere to Service Level Standards (SLS).

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of relevant experience. The role requires strong leadership and operational management skills to ensure efficient attraction performance and exceptional guest service.

Working Relationships

The Attraction Supervisor will interact internally with the Attractions Manager, Operations Team, Maintenance Team, and Guest Services Team. External interactions include guests and vendors for equipment and supplies.

Physical Requirements

The position requires the ability to work independently, perform manual handling tasks, lift up to 5kg, stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and push/pull up to 10kg, with full mobility and no visual or auditory impediments.
