Sales Executive

About the Role

HungerStation is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in Jazan. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on developing and maintaining client relationships and contributing to sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the annual sales plan development with the line manager.
• Maintain records of former, existing, and potential clients, including individual profiles.
• Organize regular visits to potential clients to secure new partnerships.
• Prepare a tentative monthly schedule to track sales and related activities for the preceding month.
• Record statistics for assigned sales accounts.
• Stay informed about company operations, particularly in key departments.
• Ensure all client complaints are reviewed, investigated, and followed up on.
• Maintain close working relationships with professionals, media, employees, clients, and current/potential company supporters.

Operational Duties

• Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and processes to ensure consistent daily operations.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, practices, and productivity.
• Promote adherence to policies, procedures, and instructions among colleagues.
• Manage daily operations related to the role to ensure work continuity.
• Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports aligned with requirements and objectives.
• Ensure satisfaction for both internal and external customers by addressing their needs promptly and courteously.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management is beneficial for this role.
