About the Role: E-Marketing Specialist

The E-Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies and managing online platforms. This position involves contributing to departmental operational plans, building marketing campaigns, and enhancing the overall digital presence of the charity.

Responsibilities

• Participate in preparing the department's operational plan and contribute to building marketing plans for campaigns.
• Manage and develop the e-store, working to improve user experience and enhance performance efficiency.
• Execute and monitor marketing campaigns, analyzing their results across various promotional platforms.
• Provide technical support to donors via the Wati platform and email.
• Contribute to designing marketing projects aimed at individuals and creating promotional content.
• Prepare periodic reports for the e-store and analyze donor data for retargeting and loyalty enhancement.
• Prepare reports on deductions and text messages, and analyze performance indicators.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or an equivalent field.
• Experience in e-marketing, managing digital campaigns, and e-stores.
• Knowledge of analytical tools and marketing campaign performance measurement.
• Good skills in content writing, communication, and customer service.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and campaign management tools is preferred.
