Bright House RealEstate is seeking a Property Management Accountant to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, within the Makkah region, focusing on the financial operations of a property portfolio.

Role Summary

The Property Management Accountant is responsible for the day-to-day financial management of a diverse property portfolio. This role ensures accurate financial record-keeping, timely reporting, and compliance with accounting standards, supporting the overall financial health of managed assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations for a portfolio of properties.
• Record transactions, prepare invoices, and track rental income and operating expenses.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Prepare periodic financial reports for property owners and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor payment collections and handle vendor payments.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management for each property.
• Assist with audit preparations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations.
• Collaborate with the property management team to resolve financial discrepancies and improve financial processes.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 year of experience in an accounting or financial role. A foundational understanding of financial operations and principles is beneficial for this position.
