As a Key Account Manager based in Jeddah, you will play a central role in driving sales growth and expanding the customer base, directly contributing to the company's success and meeting client needs. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities within the building materials market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, managers in other companies, and joint venture partners.
• Understand the specific needs and requirements of clients within the sector.
• Communicate pricing, market value, and the benefits of products and services effectively.
• Generate and qualify potential customer leads through various channels, including online platforms, networking, referrals, and face-to-face interactions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
• Negotiate and finalize deals to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and manage the lead pipeline using company technology.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency in communications.
• Achieve collection targets with existing customers and meet sales objectives.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent practical experience in sales.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the building materials industry or a related sub-industry.
• A proven track record of success in lead generation, deal closure, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of e-sales strategies and customer acquisition techniques.

• Excellent communication and public relations skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in various Office programs and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
